Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Associate role based in Casablanca. The Associate will be responsible for providing legal counsel on complex client matters, conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing contracts, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations or disputes. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality legal solutions and seamless client service while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Contract Drafting, Legal Research, and Document Review
- Proficiency in Client Representation, Negotiation, and Dispute Resolution
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork
- Fluency in U.S. law, English law, or relevant international legal frameworks
- Master's degree in Corporate Law and relevant professional qualifications; advanced degrees preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters and deliver exceptional client service
- Fluency in French & English; proficiency Arabic would be advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
