Archetype Group, cabinet international de conseil en construction, recherche un Regional HR Manager expérimenté pour piloter les fonctions RH et administratives au sein de ses bureaux en Afrique, notamment au Maroc et en Côte d'Ivoire, tout en accompagnant l'implantation de nouvelles structures régionales. Missions En tant que Regional HR Manager aura pour missions :

  • Gérer l'ensemble des activités RH : contrats de travail, paie, avantages sociaux, gestion des dossiers salariés en conformité avec la législation locale.
  • Superviser les fonctions administratives, incluant la gestion des bureaux, organisation des déplacements, gestion des expatriés, événements d'entreprise et initiatives RSE, ainsi que les achats et l'informatique.
  • Assurer la paie mensuelle en respectant délais et exactitude, ainsi la gestion des congés et comptes de fin de contrat.
  • Piloter le recrutement et la formation sur la région Afrique.
  • Mettre en œuvre des actions pour améliorer la satisfaction des collaborateurs et réduire le turnover, avec reporting régulier à la Direction RH Groupe.
  • Garantir la conformité des pratiques RH et administratives aux standards du groupe et aux exigences légales locales.
  • Conseiller les managers et la Direction sur les relations sociales, gestion des conflits, performance, négociations salariales, promotions et gestion des mobilités.
  • Accompagner les phases de transition, intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs et expansion des équipes lors de fusions ou ouvertures. Profil recherché
  • Diplôme Bac+4/5 en Ressources Humaines, Droit, Administration des affaires ou domaine similaire.
  • 7 à 10 ans d'expérience progressive en RH, dont au moins 3 ans à un poste régional ou multi-pays.
  • Expérience avérée sur les marchés d'Afrique du Nord et/ou de l'Ouest, avec excellente connaissance du droit du travail marocain.
  • Expérience dans une organisation multinationale ou matricielle appréciée.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et interculturelles.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, proactive et pragmatique.
  • Maîtrise parfaite de l'anglais exigée.
