About the Role

Our team is passionate about solving hard problems with data, and we're looking for an Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will

• Research and analyze transactions to determine authenticity
• Interact with cardholders to determine transaction authenticity

• Interact with clients and respond to inquiries

• Measurably identify and prevent consumer fraud activity for our business customers

• Maintain high client satisfaction levels
• Maintain consumer personal and pay card data privacy and security

You have

• Bachelor's Degree required, new graduates welcome
• Excellent research and observation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong decision-making ability
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and responsibly
• Great attention to detail and an ability to pick up on patterns and trends
• Creative and abstract thinker when needed
