Job Overview
Supports and executes all supply chain activities and ensures alignment to the strategic direction.
Professional Experience3+ years of experience in pre-serial planning, project supply chain, or industrial planning within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in supporting new product introductions (NPI), prototypes, pilot builds, and ramp-up phases.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate and mitigate supply chain risks during pre-serial and industrialization phases.
Hands-on experience with supply chain planning tools and ERP systems (e.g. SAP), including engineering change management.
Experience within the automotive industry in a global organization is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of pre-serial supply chain planning, industrialization processes, and ERP systems.
Solid understanding of BOM structures, engineering changes, and prototype material flows.
Advanced IT skills, particularly Excel and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities, with a project-oriented mindset.
Results-driven, well organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with R&D, Purchasing, Quality, Production, and Suppliers.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
