Chief Data Monetization and Analytics Officer

Le Chief Data Monetization & Analytics Officer pilote la stratégie data de l'entreprise pour générer des revenus, enrichir la connaissance client et orienter les décisions stratégiques. Il valorise les actifs data à travers des programmes de CVM (Customer Value Management), d'analytique avancée et d'études de marché, avec un impact direct sur la performance et l'innovation.

Responsabilités clés :

Stratégie de Monétisation de la Donnée
: Élaborer et déployer des stratégies pour transformer les données clients, réseaux et opérationnelles en leviers de création de valeur, en collaboration avec les équipes produit, commerciales et techniques.

Customer Value Management (CVM)
: Piloter des programmes de segmentation, de personnalisation et d'optimisation du cycle de vie client, en s'appuyant sur l'analytique prédictive et les modèles de machine learning.

Analytique Avancée & Insights
: Superviser la production d'analyses poussées (prévisions, détection de churn, usage, fraude…) pour orienter les décisions métiers et alimenter les initiatives marketing, commerciales, réseau et opérationnelles.

Études de Marché & Intelligence Concurrentielle
: Diriger les études clients et l'analyse des tendances pour anticiper les évolutions du marché, comprendre les attentes et nourrir la stratégie d'innovation et de positionnement.

Leadership & Culture Data
: Constituer et animer une équipe pluridisciplinaire (data scientists, analystes, chercheurs), tout en diffusant une culture data-driven à l'échelle de l'organisation.

Pilotage de la Performance
: Définir les KPIs, suivre les résultats et valoriser l'impact business des initiatives analytiques auprès de la direction générale.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience solide (10 ans min) dans la data monétisation, l'analytique avancée ou le CVM, idéalement dans un environnement B2C ou technologique.
  • Forte capacité stratégique alliée à une excellente maîtrise des enjeux data.
  • Leadership confirmé avec aptitude à fédérer et développer des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
  • Esprit analytique, culture du résultat et rigueur dans le pilotage de la performance.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, vulgarisation des insights et storytelling data.
