Maroc Varun Beverages Ltd Temps plein 40 000  - 80 000  par an

Développer, exécuter et optimiser la stratégie marketing des marques, en alignement avec les objectifs de croissance, d'innovation et de performance commerciale. Travailler également en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply chain, Finance) et externes (agences de communication, agence média, agence streert Marketing, distributeurs) pour maximiser la part de marché et la rentabilité des marques.

Principales missions sont :

  • Aider à la définition de la vision et le positionnement des marques en fonction des tendances de marché et des insights consommateurs, en collaboration avec le partenaire international.
  • Élaborer le Brand Plan annuel (objectifs, stratégie, activation, budget).
  • Piloter les objectifs de croissance , notamment en volume, en valeur et en part de marché.
  • Identifier les opportunités d'innovation (nouveaux produits, reformulation, packaging).
  • Tester et valider les innovations via des études de marché & panels consommateurs .
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre les campagnes de communication BTL & ATL
  • Définir les stratégies de visibilité et de promotion avec les équipes Trade Marketing et Sales.
  • Suivre la mise en place des activations en magasin et des promotions consommateurs.
  • Suivre et analyser les KPIs de performance (ventes, part de marché, rentabilité, ROI des campagnes).
  • Effectuer un benchmark concurrentiel pour ajuster les stratégies en fonction du marché.

Profil recherché :

Bac+5 en Marketing, Commerce, Gestion ou équivalent (école de commerce, ingénierie ou université)

8 ans d'expérience minimum en marketing FMCG, idéalement dans les catégories agroalimentaires

Compétences clés :

Maîtrise du marketing mix

Solide expérience en Brand Management & Communication 360°.

Bonne connaissance des études de marché et panels consommateurs.

Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet & coordination multi-équipes.

Capacité à analyser les données et prendre des décisions basées sur les insights.

Esprit créatif & capacité d'innovation pour challenger le marché.

Leadership, capacité à influencer et forte orientation résultats.

Bonne maîtrise des outils digitaux & social media.
