Sales Manager
, vous serez chargé·e de développer et de piloter la stratégie commerciale du Sofitel Marrakech. Votre rôle est central pour renforcer la notoriété de l'établissement et accroître son chiffre d'affaires, tout en garantissant des partenariats solides et une expérience client d'exception.
Les missions principales:
- Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients dans les segments corporate, loisirs et MICE.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie commerciale en accord avec les objectifs de l'hôtel.
- Identifier les opportunités de croissance et assurer la prospection de nouveaux marchés.
- Négocier et conclure des partenariats commerciaux durables.
- Assurer un suivi régulier des performances et proposer des actions correctives.
- Représenter l'hôtel lors d'événements, salons et rencontres professionnelles.
Le profil recherché:
- Expérience confirmée dans la fonction commerciale au sein du secteur hôtelier (obligatoire).
- Solides compétences en négociation, communication et développement commercial.
- Forte orientation résultats, esprit d'initiative et sens de l'organisation.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en étant autonome dans la gestion des priorités.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
