About ReserNova

ReserNova is an AI-powered, multilingual B2B2C platform built to digitize and optimize Morocco's service commerce, starting with the high-demand wellness & esthetics sector (spas, salons, barbershops).

We solve the #1 operational pain for Moroccan SMEs: a chaotic, manual booking system (WhatsApp, phone, paper) that leads to costly double-bookings, high no-show rates, and significant lost revenue.

Our solution provides a B2B SaaS dashboard that acts as their operational hub (managing calendars, staff, and payments) and a B2C app for users to book instantly by tap or by our unique AI voice assistant (in Moroccan Darija).

We are backed by the UM6P Explorer x MIT Sandbox program and have 14+ pilot providers in Marrakech and Casablanca ready for our MVP launch . Our tech team (CEO & CTO) are both 1337 alumni.

The Role: What You'll Do

You are the non-technical co-founder. You will be the commercial engine for our technical core. Your mission is to own the "supply-side" of our marketplace and execute our go-to-market plan.

  • Own the GTM Playbook: Lead the "Operations & Field Work" to launch our MVP.

  • Onboard Pilot Providers: Personally manage the relationship with business owners in Marrakech.

  • Train & Support: Be the on-the-ground expert, training non-tech-savvy staff on our B2B dashboard and AI BookingBot.

  • Be the Voice of the Market: Gather provider feedback on their real operational pains (scheduling, staff payments, etc.) and bring it directly to the tech team to guide the product roadmap.

  • Scale Supply: Build and execute the sales strategy to grow our provider base from 14 to 100+.

Who You Are

  • An entrepreneurial "doer" with 2-5+ years of experience in operations, B2B sales, or partnerships, ideally in SaaS, hospitality, or tourism.

  • Based in Morocco (Marrakech) and willing to be in the field meeting business owners every day.

  • Fluent in Moroccan Darija. English is a major plus.

  • A natural communicator and relationship-builder. You can train a non-tech-savvy salon owner and (in the future) present to an investor.

  • Data-driven: You're excited to track metrics like Provider Activation, No-Show Rate, and Churn.

  • You are looking to join a high-growth, mission-driven startup as a key part of the founding team.
