Manufactures and assembles various products per established facility processes, troubleshoots problems and performs maintenance of complex equipment.

Key Responsibilities
    • Business Support: Support existing business operations by conducting capacity increase analyses, old tools performance evaluations, and other related activities.
  • Tooling Database Management: Create, monitor, and control tooling databases for molding, assembly, and stamping processes.
  • Operational Collaboration: Lead and follow up on actions with the operations team to ensure project alignment and execution.
  • Quotation Analysis: Collaborate with the NPI team to collect, analyze, and evaluate quotations for sustaining projects.
  • Reporting: Report to senior management on identified opportunities and progress for sustaining projects.
  • Project Launch: Lead the TTM0 phase of NAF sustaining projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
What your background should look like

Educational Degree : Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering

Special Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills :

  • Business English
  • Project management skills
  • Technical presentation skills.

Other important things to note :

  • Experience/Training in molding and assembly machines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
