Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated technical manager with a background of engineering, project management and delivery at a senior level within the energy and renewable energy sector, to lead the owner's engineer & advisory team and support our growth in low carbon energy transition projects. You will become an integral part of the North Africa PMC and construction supervision team and help our clients to deliver the Green Energy transition Projects. We work on a range of industrial decarbonization, renewable power and wider energy transition PTX projects.

What will you be doing with us?

Tendering Phase

• Lead and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition (conferences, trade shows, webinars, key client meetings) in French and English on solar PV/CSP, onshore wind, BESS storage, Power-to-X and green hydrogen topics
• Play a key role in driving business growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in the industry.
• Analyse the customer RFP main requirements and communicate them to the management
• Supervises the tendering process from the pre‐qualification stage through to the final bid submission, award of contract and engagement close out
• Assists the team in developing the tender/proposal strategy and provides support during Client facing and tender/proposal clarifications meetings
• Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
• Define pricing and subcontracting strategy for most effective project execution
• Responsible for the preparation of the technical & commercial proposals for complex public and private tenders issued from IPP, EPC actors & local Utilities
• Define local pricing strategy for the Moroccan and African markets and conduct continuous competitive intelligence (rates, new entrants, scope evolution)

Execution Phase

• Manage awarded projects: coordinate internal and international teams (Germany, Spain, India…), monitor schedule and budget, validate technical deliverables, ensure on-time delivery and full client satisfaction
• Leading delivery of highly complex, large scale international projects
• Leading the project management office to assure the delivery of OE consultancy projects on time, on budget
• Lead the design verification team Coordinating design aspects with engineers and consultants.
• Reviewing and preparing technical and non-technical reports to a high standard including specifications

What we expect of you?

• Master's degree in the following engineering disciplines (renewable energy, electrical, mechanical)
• Minimum
  10 years
  of proven experience in renewable energy projects in North Africa (developer or consultant side), with strong technical and project management track record.
• Hands-on experience in renewable plant construction, design verification, and execution.
• Must have a solid understanding of FIDIC suite of contracts
• Full professional fluency in English and French (mandatory).
