We are hiring: Application Support Engineer (Morocco)

An international company operating in the technology sector is looking for an
Application Support Engineer
to join its team in Morocco.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for clients after implementation.
  • Monitor and resolve application incidents (SQL, logs, integrations).
  • Manage configuration, application performance, and availability.
  • Contribute to releases, updates, and maintenance procedures.
  • Document processes (runbooks, FAQs, user guides).
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve defects.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
  • 3–7 years of experience in application support or software engineering.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (C#/.NET, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud environments, CI/CD, and observability tools (logs, metrics, traces).
  • Familiarity with SSO/OIDC/SAML and REST API integration.
  • Fluent in French and English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.
