is looking for an HR specialist based in Casalblanca.

As an
HR Specialist
, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth administrative and HR processes within the company.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Sourcing CVs & scheduling interviews
  • Conducting background checks and managing training records
  • Maintaining and updating employee files
  • Processing monthly payroll
  • Tracking attendance and leaves
  • Supporting performance management processes
  • Drafting HR documents as needed
  • Managing administrative tasks
  • Handling various ad-hoc HR tasks

Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
