Nous recherchons un(e)
HR Administration Specialist / Chargé de l'administration RH
pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Vous serez un acteur clé dans la gestion quotidienne des collaborateurs, garant(e) du respect des obligations légales et du suivi administratif, tout en contribuant activement au développement des pratiques RH au sein de l'entreprise.

Missions principales

  • Assurer la gestion administrative du personnel : contrats de travail du personnel local et étranger, avenants, dossiers collaborateurs, attestations.

  • Gérer le suivi des absences, congés, maladies, heures supplémentaires.

  • Préparer et contrôler les éléments variables de paie.

  • Participer à la mise en place et déploiement des procédures de la gestion administrative RH

  • Assurer la conformité avec la législation du travail et les procédures internes.

  • Être l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des collaborateurs pour toute question RH liée à leur situation administrative.

  • Contribuer aux projets transverses RH (digitalisation, reporting, suivi des KPIs RH).

  • Participer aux audits internes/externes et assurer la mise à jour des bases de données RH.

  • Analyser les données de l'administration du personnel et mettre en place les outils de reporting efficace

Requirements

  • Bac+3 minimum en Gestion des Ressources Humaines, Droit, Management ou équivalent.

  • Expérience confirmée (au moins 2 ans) en
    administration du personnel
    , de préférence en milieu des centres d'appel

  • Bonne connaissance du droit du travail marocain.

  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Anglais obligatoire
    – niveau minimum B2 (écrit et oral).

  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation, discrétion et bonnes compétences relationnelles.
