Key Responsibilities
· Office set-up (0-to-1): Lead the establishment of the PTG Morocco office — site selection and feasibility assessment, lease negotiation and execution support, fit-out and renovation coordination, and the set-up of furniture, IT/network, telephony, utilities, security and signage, through to acceptance and handover for normal operation.
· Facilities and day-to-day operations: Run the daily office environment — office order and maintenance, access and keys, repairs, cleaning and environment services, meeting-room and visitor reception, courier and logistics — keeping the workplace professional, safe and operational.
· Administrative procurement and supplier management: Set up and manage a local supplier and vendor base (office supplies, IT services, facilities, travel, events); manage procurement, inventory, payments and vendor relationships, including multi-quote comparison where required.
· Company registration and compliance support: Support the ongoing registration of the PTG Morocco entity and related administrative formalities — liaising with local service providers, government offices, banks, notaries and registries; supporting the collection and filing of documents for corporate, tax, social-security, labor and office-permit matters, always under the direction of the Company or its authorized advisers.
· HR and payroll-support administration: Support local onboarding and administration — work permits and residency formalities, local staff contracts and records administration, attendance, leave and payroll data preparation in coordination with the Group HR function and the payroll / EOR partner, and employee welfare and event coordination.
· Financial administration support: Support small-value expense reimbursement, petty cash and bookkeeping — collecting and organizing invoices, preparing reimbursement submissions and follow-up, and maintaining the office expense ledger and budget-execution tracking for management review.
· China–Morocco coordination: Act as the administrative interface between the Morocco team and the PTG China
- Shanghai / PTG Global — supporting visiting executives’ travel, accommodation, reception and itinerary in Morocco, and ensuring timely information sharing on administrative and HR matters across time zones.
· Government and external liaison: Liaise with local government offices, utilities, service providers and relevant external institutions on day-to-day administrative and regulatory matters, maintaining professional government-enterprise relations, and referring substantive commitments and approvals to the authorized Company representative.
· Event and culture support: Plan and execute employee and small business events (team building, festive gatherings, external receptions) within budget, supporting a positive and professional local work culture.
· Execute other administrative tasks assigned by leadership and support the smooth operation of the Morocco entity and its team during this early-stage build-up. Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, management or a related field. English as a working language for day-to-day coordination with the PTG China
- Shanghai and international stakeholders (Mandarin is a plus); multilingual (English + French + Arabic) candidates are strongly preferred.
· 3+ years of administrative / office-management experience in a foreign-invested enterprise or group environment; experience in office set-up, fit-out or greenfield operations is a strong advantage.
· Experience with company registration, corporate formalities, or government / regulatory liaison in Morocco (or a comparable market) is highly preferred; working knowledge of local labor, tax and social-security registration basics is a plus.
· Hands-on experience in procurement, supplier management, expense reimbursement, fixed asset/inventory management and event coordination.
· Familiar with local government and external-institution processes; able to arrange licenses, permits and document submissions under proper authorization.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills; professional and discreet. Strong execution and problem-solving: able to work independently and handle many granular, ad-hoc matters in a fast-paced, 0-to-1 environment, careful and rigorous.
· Proficient in Excel/office software, able to maintain expense ledgers, budgets and reports; familiar with cross-time-zone coordination tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, WeChat/WhatsApp, cloud document systems). Cross-cultural communication skills, able to bridge the Morocco local team and the Chinese headquarters effectively. Well-organized, detail-oriented and reliable, with strong follow-through. About the Group We are an international group with two distinct, purpose-driven businesses — and a team spanning 13+ cities worldwide, including Shanghai, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Beijing, Shenzhen, Wuxi, Dalian, Riyadh, Switzerland, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Morocco and Australia. PTG Global— Clean Energy for a Better Future. PTG is a clean-energy company built on floating solar technology. We transform reservoirs and water bodies into renewable powerhouses — generating clean energy while conserving precious freshwater resources. Our portfolio spans floating solar, energy storage and grid infrastructure, and we are bringing GW-scale projects to life in Morocco through our Shams@City and Al Wahda developments, alongside our work across China, the UAE and Korea. Website: https://www.powertechnologiesgroup.com/en/ A flagship project from day one. Our Shams development is Morocco's landmark 1GW floating solar program — a national-scale project deployed in phases on one of the country's largest reservoirs (Phase I: 100 MW + battery storage in 2026–27; scaling to 400 MW by 2028 and 1 GW by 2030). Power flows through long-term PPAs with ONEE/MASEN and corporate offtake, with a pipeline already backed by leading Chinese partners including JSPDI, LONGi and others. More than one project — a full clean-energy ecosystem. Beyond the flagship, we're building Shams@Cities (near-city water-based solar), Shams@Industry (self-consumption) and Shams@Home, all unified on our ShamsOS platform — creating lasting opportunities as we grow from 100 MW toward 1 GW and beyond.
