• Lead and man­age all oper­a­tional, strate­gic pro­duc­tion activ­i­ties
• Ensure the achieve­ment of pro­duc­tion tar­gets relat­ed to qual­i­ty, cost, pro­duc­tiv­i­ty, deliv­ery per­for­mance and safe­ty
• Coach, devel­op, sup­port Group Lead­ers incl. their teams
• Plan and man­age pro­duc­tion capac­i­ty in line with cus­tomer require­ments and plant objec­tives
• Mon­i­tor, ana­lyze, con­tin­u­ous­ly improve key pro­duc­tion KPIs
• Ensure the opti­mal uti­liza­tion of man­pow­er, equip­ment, pro­duc­tion resources
• Man­age the pro­duc­tion bud­get, iden­ti­fy oppor­tu­ni­ties for cost reduc­tion and oper­a­tional effi­cien­cy improve­ments
• Dri­ve Lean Man­u­fac­tur­ing, Kaizen and Con­tin­u­ous Improve­ment ini­tia­tives across the pro­duc­tion orga­ni­za­tion
• Lead and sup­port pro­duc­tiv­i­ty, invest­ment, indus­tri­al­iza­tion, and process opti­miza­tion projects
• Col­lab­o­rate close­ly with Logis­tics, Qual­i­ty, Main­te­nance, Engi­neer­ing, HR, Finance to achieve oper­a­tional excel­lence
• Ensure com­pli­ance with all qual­i­ty, envi­ron­men­tal, health, safe­ty and com­pa­ny stan­dards
• Sup­port new prod­uct launch­es, pro­duc­tion ramp-ups, orga­ni­za­tion­al changes and process improve­ments
• Fos­ter a high-per­for­mance cul­ture focused on account­abil­i­ty, team­work and employ­ee engage­ment
• Main­tain con­struc­tive rela­tion­ships with employ­ees and employ­ee rep­re­sen­ta­tives
• Pre­pare and present reg­u­lar pro­duc­tion per­for­mance reports and ensure effec­tive fol­low-up of action plans
• Man­age and resolve pro­duc­tion, qual­i­ty and deliv­ery esca­la­tions in a time­ly man­ner Your Pro­file
• Bach­e­lor’s or Mas­ter’s degree in Indus­tri­al Engi­neer­ing, Mechan­i­cal Engi­neer­ing, Pro­duc­tion Engi­neer­ing, Man­u­fac­tur­ing Engi­neer­ing, or a relat­ed tech­ni­cal field
• Min­i­mum of 10 years of expe­ri­ence in a (ide­al: auto­mo­tive) man­u­fac­tur­ing / pro­duc­tion envi­ron­ment
• Min­i­mum of 5 years of lead­er­ship expe­ri­ence in a com­pa­ra­ble pro­duc­tion man­age­ment role
• Proven expe­ri­ence man­ag­ing large pro­duc­tion orga­ni­za­tions and lead­ing super­vi­sors / Group Lead­ers
• Expe­ri­ence in the auto­mo­tive indus­try, ide­al­ly with­in wire har­ness or elec­tri­cal dis­tri­b­u­tion sys­tems man­u­fac­tur­ing
• Strong knowl­edge of man­u­fac­tur­ing oper­a­tions, pro­duc­tion sys­tems and Lean Man­u­fac­tur­ing prin­ci­ples
• Sol­id expe­ri­ence in capac­i­ty plan­ning, bud­get­ing, cost man­age­ment
• Cut­ting & Pre­fab Back­ground are con­sid­ered as a plus
• Strong under­stand­ing of qual­i­ty man­age­ment sys­tems, auto­mo­tive stan­dards
• Proven track record in dri­ving oper­a­tional excel­lence and con­tin­u­ous improve­ment ini­tia­tives
• Expe­ri­ence lead­ing change man­age­ment, trans­for­ma­tion, orga­ni­za­tion­al devel­op­ment projects
• Strong ana­lyt­i­cal, strate­gic, prob­lem-solv­ing skills
• Results-dri­ven lead­er­ship style with excel­lent deci­sion-mak­ing abil­i­ties
• Strong com­mu­ni­ca­tion and stake­hold­er man­age­ment skills
• Abil­i­ty to work effec­tive­ly in a cross-func­tion­al and inter­na­tion­al envi­ron­ment
