Role Description The Partnerships and Development division member at Association des Jeunes Leaders en Santé (AJLS) will support the design, implementation, and monitoring of partnership and development initiatives. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Rabat, with a mix of on-site collaboration and remote work. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging potential institutional, academic, and community partners, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining relationship follow-up. The role also involves contributing to project proposals, funding applications, and reports, as well as supporting the planning of events and activities that promote AJLS’s mission in health leadership. The team member will collaborate with other AJLS divisions, ensure timely documentation of activities, and assist in collecting data to evaluate the impact of partnerships and development efforts. Qualifications
- Experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or community outreach, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
- Skills in project coordination and basic program management, including organizing meetings, tracking tasks, and supporting timelines and deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English; proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
- Ability to prepare clear presentations, reports, and funding or collaboration proposals, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Interest or background in public health, healthcare, social development, or youth leadership, demonstrated through studies, volunteering, or prior roles.
- Comfort with hybrid work, including the use of digital collaboration tools (e.g., email, videoconferencing platforms, shared documents) and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive mindset and capacity to handle multiple priorities in a part-time schedule.
- Relevant academic background such as current studies or degree in health sciences, social sciences, public policy, management, or a related field is preferred.
