Insurance Support Specialist
What can you expect:
- As an Insurance Support Specialist, you will work closely with a Senior Client Executive (Senior Relationship Officer) to help them retain and develop their client portfolio;
- Retain existing clients and equip them with new contracts;
- Anticipate their needs and develop a trusting relationship;
- Audit the existing contracts to anticipate clients' needs by completing and improving their contracts;
- Handle and follow up on all client requests (modifications, delegations, attestations, withdrawals, extensions, etc.);
- Ensure client satisfaction through quality service (responsiveness, advice, quality of documents, etc.);
- Expand each client's portfolio by proposing and subscribing to new contracts or additional coverage;
- For new clients, conduct a thorough study of their needs and expectations and offer them the best conditions.
