Overview of the Role
The Operations Officer plays a vital role in visa application processing, customer service, and support. The individual will be responsible for scrutinizing and collecting documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of the visa application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and scrutinize visa application documents for processing.
- Maintain all application data with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure completion of visa applications within Turn Around Time.
- Provide customer/applicant support through various channels.
- Inform applicants about available services and facilitate delivery.
- Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services and experiences.
- Handle cash and bank transactions accurately.
- Manage passport delivery logistics.
- Support operational teams in executing projects.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environment policies.
