Job Title: Supply Chain Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective demand planning processes that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of customer demand using data from various sources, including sales history, market research, and industry trends.
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends and patterns to inform demand planning decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment on demand planning strategies.
  • Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and supply chain planning software such as SAP or Oracle.
