Senior Portfolio Lead

Drive the success of a portfolio of complex, high-value projects in North Africa.

Oversee project execution from award to final customer acceptance, ensuring delivery meets scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance stakeholder satisfaction, project management processes, and team capabilities.

Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective issue resolution.

Lead by example, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and customer-centricity.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing high-complexity international contracts.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, commercial practices, and contract management.
  • Fluent in Arabic, English, and French; proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
