About the Role

We are looking for a passionate professional to lead the continuous improvement of our business processes and manage our operational tools. This strategic role combines process optimization expertise with technical skills to transform our organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement:

  • Analyze and map existing workflows to identify inefficiencies
  • Design and implement optimization solutions
  • Lead continuous improvement projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Measure impact through KPIs and performance dashboards
  • Document optimized processes and train teams

Tool Administration:

  • Manage and administer business process management (BPM) and workflow automation platforms
  • Configure and customize tools according to business needs
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot user issues
  • Train employees on best usage practices
  • Evaluate and recommend innovative technological solutions

Ideal Candidate

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field, with a minimum of two years of experience (or one year within the same company).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN)
  • Knowledge of automation platforms (Power Automate, Zapier, Make)
  • Familiarity with AI and intelligent automation technologies
  • Advanced data analysis (Excel, Power BI, SQL)
  • Solid understanding of information systems and ERP solutions

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French & English)
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders
  • Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Adaptability and fast learning ability
