As part of our continued international expansion, we are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our commercial growth in Morocco and establish Prime as a key player in the local IT consulting market.

Your Mission

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that accelerates Prime IT's presence and revenue growth in Morocco. We are looking for someone who thrives on new business acquisition, direct B2B sales, and building strong client partnerships from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for Prime IT's entry and expansion in Morocco.
  • Identify, approach, and close new clients in IT, engineering, and digital consulting sectors through direct B2B sales.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Represent Prime IT at local events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility.
  • Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to refine strategy and drive continuous growth.
  • As the market grows, contribute to team building and support the development of future Business Managers or Account Executives in Morocco.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally within IT, digital, or engineering services.
  • A proactive, ambitious, and highly motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial approach to business growth.
  • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken). Arabic is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience working in an international or fast-paced environment is a plus.
