Context

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the

strategic development and management of a portfolio of

high-value Key Account clients.

It acts as a trusted partner for its

clients, supporting them in their digital transformation projects,

while representing our client as a major player in IT solutions,

cybersecurity, networks and infrastructure systems.

He is responsible for developing

commercial offers based on the needs expressed by clients, you conduct negotiations

with clients, ensure commercial follow-up of contracts and

ensure that all commitments made are respected to guarantee

customer satisfaction and thus establish long-term relationships.

Localisation: Rabat/CASABLANCA

Main missions

Strategic business development

  • Develop

    and manage a portfolio of strategic clients (Key Accounts,

    multinationals, large administrations,).
  • Identify

    and qualify complex opportunities, often multi-service (networks,

    security, cloud, data, collaborative solutions).
  • Manage

    the entire sales cycle, including complex tenders and

    high-level negotiations.
  • establish

    and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers.
  • To achieve

    and exceed the sales and margin targets set by

    Management.

R the technical & pre-sales

  • Understand

    and analyze the technical needs of

    clients, conduct initial qualifications with CIOs, IT MANAGERS, and CISOs.
  • Working

    in close collaboration with the Pre-Sales teams and technology partners

    (Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, HITACHI, NUTANIX, Palo Alto, DELL, HPE and others).
  • To guarantee

    the quality and relevance of commercial and technical proposals.
