Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie for a full-time, on-site position located in the Prefecture of Tangier - Assilah. The Chef de Partie will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with restaurant standards. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff within their section, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with other chefs to ensure a smooth kitchen operation.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in cooking, food preparation, and plating techniques
  • Experience in kitchen management, including organizing and leading junior staff
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and adherence to hygiene standards
  • Teamwork and communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration within the kitchen
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent relevant qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
