Description du poste :

Nous recherchons un Manager dynamique et orienté résultats pour assurer la gestion opérationnelle, managériale et commerciale de notre restaurant. Vous serez garant de la qualité du service, du respect des normes et de la performance globale de l'établissement.

Missions principales :

1. Gestion opérationnelle

  • Assurer la fermeture du restaurant.
  • Superviser la mise en place, l'hygiène et la propreté des locaux.
  • Garantir la qualité du service et des produits selon les standards définis.
  • Veiller au respect des normes HACCP et de sécurité alimentaire.

2. Management d'équipe

  • Encadrer, former et motiver les équipes (salle, cuisine, livraison).
  • Organiser les plannings en fonction des besoins.
  • Contrôler l'assiduité, la discipline et le respect des procédures internes.
  • Gérer les conflits et maintenir un bon climat social.

3. Gestion financière et administrative

  • Gérer la caisse et analyser les écarts.
  • Contrôler les stocks, les inventaires et les approvisionnements.
  • Transmettre les rapports journaliers, hebdomadaires et mensuels à la direction.
  • Identifier et remonter les besoins en recrutement.

4. Relation client & qualité de service

  • Garantir un accueil chaleureux et un service client irréprochable.
  • Traiter les réclamations clients de manière professionnelle.
  • Veiller à la fidélisation et à la satisfaction de la clientèle.

5. Développement commercial

  • Proposer des actions pour promouvoir l'activité.
  • Contribuer activement à l'atteinte des objectifs de chiffre d'affaires, ticket moyen et commandes.

Profil recherché :

  • Bac+3 en management, gestion ou équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion d'équipe, idéalement dans la restauration
  • Excellent sens de l'organisation et du leadership.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, logiciels de caisse).
  • Sens du service client et orientation résultats.
