Missions principales :

Le/la Project Finance Manager est en charge de structurer, négocier et mettre en œuvre les financements nécessaires au développement des projets d'investissement de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités :
  • Analyser la rentabilité financière des projets (modélisation financière, études de sensibilité, analyses de risques).
  • Structurer les financements en lien avec les partenaires financiers (banques, investisseurs, bailleurs de fonds).
  • Négocier les termes financiers et contractuels avec les parties prenantes.
  • Gérer les due diligences financières, juridiques et techniques avec les conseillers externes.
  • Participer à la rédaction et à la revue des documents contractuels (contrats de financement, pactes d'actionnaires, etc.).
  • Assurer le suivi post-financement : reporting financier, respect des covenants, relations investisseurs.
Profil recherché :Formation :
  • Bac +5 en Finance, Économie, Ingénierie, ou École de Commerce (spécialisation finance ou équivalent).
Expérience :
  • 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en financement de projets, banque d'investissement, conseil financier, fonds d'infrastructure ou cabinet d'audit.
Compétences :
  • Excellente maîtrise de la modélisation financière (Excel).
  • Connaissance des instruments de financement (dette senior, mezzanine, equity).
  • Solide compréhension des contrats de projet
  • Capacité à négocier avec des parties prenantes internationales.
