Job Title: FP&A Manager


Location : Rabat

Job Summary

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities.

This role plays a key part in supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring strong financial discipline, and enhancing financial transparency at both corporate and project levels.

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Partner with department heads to prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts in compliance with
    MGAAP
    and
    IFRS
    standards.
  • Monitor, analyze, and explain budget variances, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain robust budgetary controls aligned with financial plans and corporate objectives.

Project Financial Management

  • Track project budgets, costs, and financial performance against approved benchmarks.
  • Ensure full compliance with project documentation, financial covenants, and reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with project managers to deliver accurate, reliable, and timely financial reporting across all projects.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Support Audit & Risk Committee and Board meetings through financial analysis and presentations.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for project evaluation, investment analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Continuously assess and recommend improvements to financial systems, processes, and reporting tools.

Strategic Support

  • Support regional leadership in strategic planning, portfolio performance analysis, and capital allocation decisions.
  • Participate in financial due diligence for new projects, investments, and partnerships.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial data across internal and external reporting platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Finance, Accounting, or a related field
    ;
    MBA or professional certification
    (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum
    7 years of experience
    in
    FP&A
    , ideally within the
    energy, infrastructure, or project-based sectors
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    MGAAP
    ,
    IFRS
    , and
    project finance
    principles.
  • Proven expertise in
    financial modeling
    ,
    budgeting
    ,
    forecasting
    , and
    variance analysis
    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in
    English and French
    ;
    Arabic
    is considered an asset.
