Nous recherchons un(e)
Chief of Staff Junior / Bras droit du CEO
pour accompagner le dirigeant dans la gestion, la structuration et le suivi de projets stratégiques.

.

C'est un rôle
stratégique et exposé
, idéal pour un(e) jeune talent très ambitieux(se), rigoureux(se), autonome, et capable d'évoluer rapidement dans un environnement exigeant.

Missions principales
Organisation & Documentation


• Prise de notes en réunions


• Rédaction de comptes-rendus structurés


• Suivi des décisions, tâches et deadlines


• Structuration de documents internes (mémos, process)

Présentations & Communication


• Création de présentations professionnelles (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva)


• Synthèse d'informations complexes


• Préparation de dossiers stratégiques

Coordination de projets


• Support sur les projets clés (Copilote, GoOnline, Resto, Allo Expert…)


• Suivi opérationnel avec les équipes internes


• Préparation des points de suivi pour le CEO

Confidentialité & Représentation


• Interactions avec partenaires (institutionnels et privés)


• Possibilité de représenter le CEO sur certaines réunions opérationnelles


• Discrétion et fiabilité absolues

Veille & Appels d'Offres (support)


• Veille opportunités (INDH, bailleurs, digital, formation)


• Préparation et mise en forme de dossiers (non commercial pur)

Profil recherché


•
Ingénieur(e) jeune diplômé(e)
(informatique, généraliste, industriel, data… toutes spécialités bienvenues)


• Excellente communication écrite en français


• Bon niveau d'anglais (un plus)


• Très à l'aise avec les outils digitaux & suites bureautiques


• Capacité à produire des présentations propres et impactantes


• Organisation irréprochable


• Capacité à gérer la pression et les environnements instables


• Maturité, discrétion, sens de la confidentialité


• Forte envie d'apprendre et d'accélérer sa carrière
