We are seeking a strategic and visionary operational leader to manage the daily operations of 11 brands. This key role requires a leader capable of coordinating and optimizing multi-sector activities across Food & Beverage, technology, retail, and advertising to ensure operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable growth for the group.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Define, deploy and monitor the operational strategies of each activity, taking into account the specificities of each sector (F&B, technology, advertising), in line with the group's vision.
  • Standardization & process excellence: Design, formalize and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all brands, in order to ensure consistency of quality, service and performance.
  • Advertising & Media Management: Supervise the operation and maintenance of digital advertising panels, optimize rental revenue from advertising spaces and guarantee their technical availability 24/7.
  • Performance monitoring (KPIs): Define and manage the key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand managers. Analyze financial and operational reports to improve efficiency, strengthen profitability, and reduce unnecessary costs.
  • Supply chain management: Coordinate with the Central Logistics department the supply of raw materials for the group's restaurants and mobile accessories, guaranteeing the best costs, deadlines and service levels.
  • Oversee the opening of new points of sale and the launch of new brands, ensuring their full operational readiness (human resources, systems, equipment and processes).
  • Digital transformation & innovation: Leading the integration of digital solutions and artificial intelligence into the group's operations, particularly in security systems and restaurant management tools.

Required qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5 level) in management, business administration, industrial engineering or a related field. An MBA or EMBA is a major asset.
  • Proven experience of 10-15 years in operations management, including at least 5 years in a management position with multi-site or multi-brand management.
  • Sector experience: Cross-functional experience combining retail, hospitality (F&B) and technology is highly valued.
