We are excited to announce an opportunity for the role of
HR Business Partner Lead
. This position is a key leadership role within our HR organization, responsible for guiding a team of HR Business Partners and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of HR Business Partners, fostering collaboration with Senior HRBPs, CoCs, and Workplace Solutions.
- Act as a point of escalation for HR-related matters and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive the execution of the talent agenda, including succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Partner with CoCs to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on performance management, career development, and employee relations.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

- Strong business acumen and HR expertise across the employee lifecycle.
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Ability to analyze data and apply insights to drive business outcomes.
- Experience in coaching, conflict resolution, and change management.
- Strong professional presence and effective communication skills in both French and English.
