Role Overview :

As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving Hypeo AI's commercial growth. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients (brands & agencies), structuring the sales pipeline, closing deals, and contributing to the overall go-to-market strategy.

This is a hands-on, execution-driven role in a fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing


• Acquire and manage a portfolio of brands and agencies


• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline (CRM-driven)


• Conduct product demos and translate client needs into clear value propositions


• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams


• Track performance KPIs: leads, conversion rates, MRR, churn, and retention


• Contribute to sales strategy, pricing feedback, and market positioning

Profile We're Looking For


• 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, tech, media, or digital marketing


• Proven ability to close deals and hit revenue targets

  • Strong network withing Agencies and entreprises


• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• Comfortable with startups, fast-paced environments, and autonomy


• Experience with agencies, brands, or influencer ecosystems is a strong plus


• Fluent in French and Englisj
