As part of the expansion of our TCL Air Conditioning product line, we are looking for a motivated, well-organized individual AC Sales Manager who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers, In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and increasing sales of our air conditioning products. Your daily tasks will include prospecting new clients, managing existing accounts, monitoring sales performance, and implementing effective strategies to achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Creating Commercial-AC sales strategy and expand sales channels
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and maximize sales performance.
  • Experience in seeking out new potential customers and managing existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and sales terms that are favorable to both the company and customers.
  • In-depth knowledge of air conditioning products and the technical skills to effectively explain and promote products.
  • Channel by channel sell-out management for LCAC & HVAC.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also desirable.
  • Discussion of prices and finalization of transactions with customers.
  • Closing deals: Helping customers decide to purchase and finalizing the sale.
  • Manage the customer portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience, proven work experience in HVAC presales.
  • Wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Strong knowledge in VRF Systems, understanding of principals of Air Conditioning, refrigeration and heating
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, team player and with strong analytical skills.
  • Able to foster relationships with internal and regional stakeholders in order to be able to achieve goals.
  • Good command of French and English.
