At Vesense, we help companies grow faster with smarter, leaner, and higher-converting marketing. Based in Rabat, we work globally with clients in SaaS, services, and eCommerce, running growth campaigns that actually deliver.

We're now hiring a Growth Marketer to drive full-funnel growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. You'll own experiments, work cross-functionally, and use data to unlock scalable results across channels like SEO, email, content, paid media, and more.

What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize the AARRR funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue)
  • Translate growth opportunities into structured, measurable experiments
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic fit
  • Ideate and execute campaigns across SEO, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and automation
  • Leverage CMS tools and marketing platforms to implement and iterate on content
  • Define key metrics for success and build dashboards to track performance
  • Work cross-functionally with product and content teams to align on growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a growth, marketing, or similar performance-focused role
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to work across the full AARRR funnel
  • Experience with SEO, marketing automation, and CMS tools
  • Ability to run structured experiments with clear hypotheses and KPIs
  • Creative problem solver with a scrappy, action-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
