About Newcom

Newcom designs and delivers exhibition stands and events for international brands. We run projects across Morocco and coordinate selected activations in Europe and Africa with our partner network.

Role summary

You will lead end-to-end planning and delivery of events for international clients. From briefing and budgeting to on-site operations and post-event reporting, you own the outcome and the client relationship.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects at once with clear scopes, timelines and budgets.
  • Lead client discovery, turn briefs into actionable plans and present proposals.
  • Coordinate internal teams (design, production, logistics) and external suppliers.
  • Liaise with venues and organizers, secure permits.
  • Oversee procurement, coordination with sub-contractors.
  • Run on-site build, show days and dismantling to quality, cost and deadline.
  • Prepare quotations and invoices.
  • Maintain excellent client communication and resolve issues quickly.
  • Produce post-event reports and debriefs with lessons learned.

What you bring

  • Experience in events or project management is a plus, but not required.
    Fresh graduates and career-switchers are welcome. Any exposure to events (internships, student clubs, volunteering) is valued.
  • Excellent spoken English is essential. Confident client communication is a must. French and/or Arabic are a plus.
  • Strong planning and budgeting skills, attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
  • Proficiency with Office tools and project trackers. Experience with CRM/ERP (e.g., Odoo) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of exhibition systems (e.g., beMatrix, Octanorm) is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within Morocco and occasionally to Europe and Africa. Availability during peak periods, including some evenings or weekends.
