Job Profile
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP:
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide visionary leadership to steer company direction and foster growth.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND TEAM LEADERSHIP:
- Build customer relationships and drive bid successes.
- Cultivate an innovative culture to support continuous business development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnership for growth.
- Expand into new markets strategic initiatives.
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE:
- Collaborate across teams in the region to capitalize on market trends and ensure adaptability.
- Manage African market and bid-specific intelligence reporting across the region.
REVENUE GENERATION:
- Drive revenue growth through optimization and setting ambitious targets.
- Collaborate with department heads for effective planning and execution.
- Drive revenue generation through partnership with governments and notable private enterprises on the continent.
- Navigating government processes, securing high-value contracts, and positioning the company for long-term success.
STAKEHOLDERS MANAGEMENT:
- Expand stakeholders network and build relationships with all the relevant stakeholders on the continent for productivity and revenue generation.
- Promote the organization's image and BLS solutions throughout the region for strong brand recall.
- Maximizing productivity efficiency within the company and all other relevant public and private stakeholders on the continent of Africa. Unlocking new revenue streams and strengthening BLS market presence in the region.
- Assist the regional head to achieve the organizational goals in driving a productive region.
- Perform all other lawful and official duties assigned to you by the Regional head and other management staff from the head office.
