As a Business Development Manager (Consultant), you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth across Morocco by:
What You'll Do:
- Identify and secure new clients in key industries.
- Design tailored medical and security service solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract negotiation.
- Build strategic relationships with local and international companies.
- Collaborate with global teams across Marketing, Consulting, Medical & Security, Legal, and Finance.
- Drive account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales data using Salesforce.
- Support invoicing and collections.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in services like consulting, health insurance, or travel management
- Proven success in solution selling and client acquisition
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (written and spoken)
- Familiar with salesforce or equivalent CRM
- A relevant degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Communication
- Existing network in target verticals is a strong advantage
- Self-starter, autonomous, results-driven, and action-oriented mindset
