As a Business Development Manager (Consultant), you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth across Morocco by:

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and secure new clients in key industries.
  • Design tailored medical and security service solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract negotiation.
  • Build strategic relationships with local and international companies.
  • Collaborate with global teams across Marketing, Consulting, Medical & Security, Legal, and Finance.
  • Drive account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales data using Salesforce.
  • Support invoicing and collections.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in services like consulting, health insurance, or travel management
  • Proven success in solution selling and client acquisition
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (written and spoken)
  • Familiar with salesforce or equivalent CRM
  • A relevant degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Communication
  • Existing network in target verticals is a strong advantage
  • Self-starter, autonomous, results-driven, and action-oriented mindset
