I. MISSION PRINCIPALE
Vous intégrerez une équipe à taille humaine au sein d'un groupe international, avec pour objectif de développer les ventes locales de matières premières industrielles. Ce poste stratégique demande une parfaite maîtrise du cycle de vente et une capacité à performer dans un secteur fortement concurrentiel.
II. RESPONSABILITÉS
- Développer un portefeuille client local via des actions de prospection ciblées.
- Renforcer la fidélisation des clients existants par un accompagnement de proximité.
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales à l'échelle régionale.
- Négocier les conditions commerciales et suivre les opérations de bout en bout (de la commande à la livraison).
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (ADV, logistique, finance) pour assurer le bon déroulement des transactions.
- Être en veille constante sur les tendances du marché et les actions de la concurrence.
- Optimiser les volumes de vente tout en respectant les marges commerciales.
III. PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Bac 4/5 en commerce international, supply chain, ou équivalent.
- 10 à 15 ans d'expérience dans la vente BtoB ou la distribution industrielle.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (professionnel).
- Capacité à gérer de manière autonome une activité terrain.
- Très bonne connaissance du tissu économique local.
