Role Description

This is a full-time/part-time hybrid role for an Operations and Student Relations Coordinator located in Rabat. The Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations, ensure smooth running of classes and events, and handle student relations including inquiries, enrollment, and feedback. The role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and supporting instructors and students to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service and student relations
  • Proficiency in scheduling and record-keeping
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in an educational or music-related environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Arts Management, or related field
