About Us:
NexServ Realty is a fast-growing Moroccan outsourcing company supporting international clients with professional and reliable support services. We specialize in administrative operations, financial organization, and coordination with external service providers.
About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our international clients with day-to-day operations. The role includes coordination tasks, light bookkeeping, and regular communication with clients and partners via email, phone, and internal tools.
Training will be provided to help you get familiar with the industry, tools, and processes — no prior experience in real estate is required.
What We're Looking For:
Fluent French/English (spoken & written) – non-negotiable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with numbers and simple financial tracking
Past experience in administrative or client-facing roles is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 4,500.00DH per month
