Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Manager based in Casablanca. The Digital Manager will be responsible for creating and managing digital marketing strategies, overseeing website metrics, and optimizing content for SEO and user engagement. The role entails utilizing analytics to monitor and enhance digital performance, managing social media presence, coordinating online campaigns, and ensuring digital assets align with the brand's vision. The candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and other teams to drive digital initiatives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, SEO, and content optimization strategies
- Experience with social media management, online campaigns, and audience engagement
- Strong skills in Data Analytics, performance tracking, and reporting
- Proficiency in website management tools, design basics, and content management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and creative thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry or working with international brands is a plus
