Responsible Maintenance

Mission and Responsibilities :

  1. Monitor and analyze current processes on plant level within area of expertise and implement projects in order to improve plant productivity and optimize efficiency of production installations.

The jobs require a high level of expertise.

These jobs typically monitor and implement:

  • Improvement actions , Possible technical problems , New investments , Provide technical expertise and support
  • Stay in direct contact with internal and external stakeholders:

different departments of the plant: Production, Supply chain, Quality, Safety , Sub-contractors

  • Monitor and analyze the technical aspects of the production installations 22

Optimize efficiency of production installations

Propose and (support) implementation of technical improvement

  • Initiate, build and maintain mainly internal relationships
  • Maintenance Management

Secure long term working relationships with relevant stakeholders

Support and coach team members to help them reach their full potential.

Promote autonomy and initiative within the team.

Identify maintenance needs for equipment and installations

Establish accurate maintenance cost estimates for each piece of equipment or installation, taking into account factors such as labor, spare parts, subcontracts and supplies.

Develop an overall maintenance budget that consolidates cost estimates for all equipment and facilities, taking into account priorities and available resources.

Implementation of the maintenance budget

Expense tracking and control

Definition of clear and measurable objectives for each of these KPIs. Downtime, MTBF, MTTR, Spare parts availability, Stock level value

Establish processes and systems to collect and analyze data relating to these KPIs.

Regularly track and analyze KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Implement corrective actions to improve team performance based on KPIs.

Profile required

Education: Technical education

Skills: Analytical thinking, Good communication skills, Good problem solving skills

Knowledge of standards: IATF 16949, ISO 14001

Professional knowledge: Sense of organization, rigor and methodology: to guarantee the safety, quality and reliability of the production tool on which your company depends economically

Language skills: English is an advantage

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry and manufacturing
