Central Contact Center recrute des
agents de call center expérimentés
pour rejoindre notre équipe à Tanger.

Cette offre s'adresse uniquement aux candidats ayant déjà une expérience en centre d'appels et résidant à Tanger ou pouvant s'y installer dans un délai d'une semaine.

Vos missions :

  • Répondre avec professionnalisme et empathie aux clients (projets entrants)
  • Contacter activement les prospects et clients (projets sortants)
  • Garantir une
    expérience client de qualité
    à chaque interaction
  • Tenir à jour les informations dans nos outils CRM
  • Travailler en équipe avec des collègues internationaux

Profil recherché :

Essentiel :

  • Expérience prouvée en centre d'appels (minimum 6 mois)
  • Résider à Tanger ou être prêt(e) à s'y installer sous 7 jours
  • Maîtrise du français et/ou de l'espagnol (oral et écrit)
  • L'anglais est un atout (niveau conversationnel)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication
  • Orientation client, flexibilité et résistance au stress

Atouts supplémentaires :

  • Multilingue (autres langues bienvenues )
  • Expérience avec des outils CRM
  • Esprit commercial et attitude proactive
