Recrutement – 2 Opératrices Téléphoniques

Nous recherchons 2 opératrices téléphoniques dynamiques et motivées pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Votre mission principale sera le traitement et le suivi des leads générés par nos campagnes marketing, avec pour objectif de qualifier les prospects et de prendre des rendez-vous.

Missions :

  • Contacter les leads entrants et sortants
  • Présenter nos services de manière professionnelle et convaincante
  • Qualifier les prospects et mettre à jour les informations dans les documents assignés
  • Assurer un suivi régulier et coordonner avec les commerciaux en vente
  • Atteindre les objectifs fixés et conclure les tâches quotidiennes

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience en téléprospection, call center ou relation client (B2B de préférence)
  • Aisance relationnelle et excellente communication orale
  • Organisation, persévérance et sens du service client
  • Maîtrise du français obligatoire (l'arabe et/ou l'anglais est un plus)
