Opportunité Sales Manager IT & Cybersécurité (Casablanca)

Nous sommes à la recherche dun Sales Manager expérimenté pour rejoindre un acteur majeur de la transformation digitale.

Le rôle est stratégique : piloter le développement commercial sur des offres Cloud, IT Infrastructure & Cybersécurité auprès de clients grands comptes.

Missions clés
  • Définir et exécuter la stratégie commerciale sur le périmètre confié.
  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients à forte valeur (secteur IT & industriel).
  • Gérer le cycle de vente complet : prospection négociation closing.
  • Piloter un pipeline solide avec reporting rigoureux (CA, marge, forecast).
  • Travailler en coordination avec lavant-vente et le delivery pour garantir le succès des projets.
  • Représenter lentreprise auprès de lécosystème éditeurs / constructeurs / partenaires.
Profil recherché
  • +8 ans dexpérience en vente B2B IT ou intégration technologique.
  • Maîtrise des solutions cloud, sécurité, réseaux, infrastructure.
  • Solide expérience chasseur + gestion de comptes stratégiques.
  • Aisance dans la relation client haut niveau (DSI, RSSI, Directions Achats).
  • Leadership commercial, autonomie, culture du résultat.
  • Français & anglais courants.
