Nous recherchons un Product Manager / Product Owner (H/F/X) doté d'un solide background scientifique (mathématiques, statistiques, data science, prépa scientifique) pour piloter le développement de produits numériques à forte composante Data et Intelligence Artificielle.

Véritable intrapreneur, vous faites le lien entre stratégie, technologie et besoins utilisateurs. Vous êtes capable de structurer des problématiques complexes, de prendre des décisions éclairées et de porter une vision produit exigeante. Vous travaillerez aux côtés d'équipes expertes (Data, ML, Engineering, UX) dans un environnement où la qualité, la rigueur et l'apprentissage continu sont centraux.

Missions :

Discovery et cadrage

  • Identifier et formaliser les besoins utilisateurs via interviews, analyse terrain et étude des données.

  • Analyser l'écosystème concurrentiel IA / Data / ML Ops.

  • Structurer des problématiques techniques complexes en enjeux produits clairs et priorisables.

  • Challenger les propositions techniques et évaluer valeur, faisabilité et impact.

  • Contribuer à la conception de l'expérience utilisateur et à la définition des parcours.

Pilotage de la roadmap

  • Construire et partager la vision produit, maintenir et adapter la roadmap.

  • Rédiger user stories, spécifications fonctionnelles et critères d'acceptation.

  • Organiser le delivery en méthode agile avec les équipes Data, ML, engineering et UX.

  • Garantir la qualité des livrables via recette et validation fonctionnelle.

  • Suivre les KPIs, mesurer l'impact des fonctionnalités et prioriser les évolutions.

  • Mettre en place outils et process pour renforcer la vélocité et la collaboration.

Interface Data & IA

  • Comprendre les enjeux liés aux modèles, pipelines, industrialisation et monitoring.

  • Arbitrer entre performance, coûts, contraintes techniques et valeur métier.

  • Faciliter la communication entre équipes scientifiques, techniques et métiers.

Leadership & collaboration

  • Participer au recrutement de profils Produit, Data et UX.

  • Encadrer ou accompagner des profils plus juniors.

  • Animer les rituels agiles et contribuer à la dynamique d'amélioration continue.
