Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic individual to lead the development and execution of initiatives across Compensation & Benefits

This role will plays a key role within the HR function, ensuring consistency and efficiency in remuneration policies.

At the heart of HR and financial decision-making, you will lead the compensation strategy, guarantee internal equity, and support the HR Division on high-impact initiatives.

This position offers a broad scope of responsibilities and the opportunity to shape an ambitious C&B strategy aligned with market standards and business objectives.

Reporting to the Head of HR, Internal Communication & CSR, your main responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive compensation policy (fixed, variable, and benefits) that is competitive and fair.
  • Ensure alignment with market benchmarks and regulatory frameworks.
  • Act as the reference point for job classification and grading systems.
  • Identify retention levers and propose high-value corrective actions.
  • Oversee HR and compensation matters in close collaboration with the management.
  • Lead annual salary review, promotion, and bonus campaigns.
  • Develop decision-making tools for managers (salary grids, simulators, KPIs, guidelines).
  • Produce in-depth analyses on payroll, internal equity, gender parity, and pay gaps.
  • Define and monitor key C&B indicators with regular reporting to Management.
  • Contribute to internal and external audits related to compensation management.

Profile :

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Social Controlling, or equivalent.
  • 8 to 12 years of successful experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a demanding industrial environment.
