As part of Alsayegh Worldwide's global expansion plan, we are proud to announce the opening of our new office in Morocco, a strategic hub that will serve the Moroccan market while also supporting our growing footprint across Africa and Europe.

We are looking for a Head of Media Planning and Buying to lead our media function, build a high performing team, and drive strategic media excellence across offline and digital platforms. This role is for a strong leader who understands how to turn business objectives into integrated media strategies that deliver measurable results and premium brand impact.

Role Overview:

The Head of Media Planning and Buying will be a key leadership role in our newly established Morocco office and will report directly to the CEO or Managing Director in Morocco. You will lead the media department end to end, from strategy and planning to buying, optimization, reporting, and team development, while collaborating with creative, digital, and account teams.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and build the media planning and buying department for Morocco and regional markets


• Develop integrated media strategies across digital, social, programmatic, search, OOH, radio, TV, print, and partnerships


• Own the planning and buying process from briefing to execution, optimization, and post campaign reporting


• Manage media budgets efficiently ensuring performance targets and ROI are achieved


• Negotiate with media owners, publishers, and platforms to secure best value and strongest placements


• Set clear media KPIs and measurement frameworks across all campaigns


• Lead the development of media proposals and presentations for clients and pitches


• Ensure cross functional integration with creative and digital teams for best campaign output


• Maintain strong relationships with media partners and platform representatives


• Recruit mentor and develop a high performing media team


• Stay ahead of media trends tools and new technologies including AI driven planning optimization and reporting

What We're Looking For:


• Proven experience in leading media planning and buying within an agency or major brand environment


• Strong understanding of the Moroccan market and media landscape


• Strong experience across both traditional and digital media


• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills


• Strong analytical mindset and performance driven approach


• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously


• Strong organization and ability to perform under pressure


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• Understanding of integrated marketing solutions and the role of media within the full campaign ecosystem


• Knowledge of new media tools and platforms including AI powered media planning and reporting is a strong advantage
