Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Lead (Acquisition & Lifecycle) located in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement across various channels.
We're a fast-growing business community helping people launch and scale their businesses. We're scaling our acquisition engine and need a growth marketer who owns the strategy and execution of our acquisition and lifecycle funnels across paid, landing pages, retargeting, and email/SMS journeys. You translate growth goals into clear tests, build the funnels, and iterate with rigor. You'll partner closely with Content, Design, and Community departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquisition Strategy & Execution:
Lead planning and hands-on management for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Structure accounts, launch campaigns, and optimize continuously. - Funnel & CRO Ownership:
Build and iterate landing pages, opt-ins, checkout flows, and retargeting paths. Write page outlines/copy, brief design, and run A/B tests. - Lifecycle Journeys (Specs & Copy):
Define lead→member→activation→engagement journeys. Draft flows and messages (welcome, nurture, re-engagement). - Analytics & Governance:
Set UTM standards; configure pixels and GA4/GTM; maintain clean dashboards, experimentation logs, and QA processes; respect data/privacy best practices. - Creative System:
Produce clear creative briefs, hypotheses, and review cycles. Work with the Content and Creative department to generate and iterate ad creatives. - Stakeholder Communication:
Provide concise weekly reporting on initiatives, insights, and next steps. Run post-mortems on launches and experiments.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2-5 years in performance/growth marketing
- Expert, hands-on use of Meta, TikTok, YouTube Ads, plus GA4, GTM, pixels, UTMs, and A/B testing.
- Proven funnel building: landing pages, opt-ins, checkout, retargeting, and email/SMS journeys.
- Strong conversion copy skills and offer packaging; comfortable drafting LP sections and lifecycle messages.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, project management, and documentation habits.
Nice to Have
- Experience with membership/info-product launches or cohort programs.
- Familiarity with Webflow/Framer/Unbounce (or similar), and CRM/email tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, , etc.).
- MENA market experience; influencer/affiliate program management.
