Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la détection, l'analyse et la réponse aux incidents de cybersécurité, tout en participant à la mise en place de mesures préventives robustes.

Vos principales missions :

  • Gestion du spam
    : surveiller les flux de messagerie, configurer et ajuster les filtres anti-spam pour limiter les menaces.
  • Gestion des exceptions
    : évaluer et valider les demandes d'exception, documenter les décisions et assurer le suivi.
  • Gestion des incidents de sécurité
    : détecter, analyser et répondre aux menaces (phishing, malware, intrusions), coordonner les actions correctives et produire des rapports.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation
    : Bac+4 en Réseaux et Sécurité.
  • Certifications
    (souhaitées) : CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, ITIL v3 Foundation.
  • Expérience
    : minimum 2 ans en gestion ITIL (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request).
  • Compétences techniques
    : expertise en outils anti-spam, sécurité des emails, analyse d'incidents et forensic.
  • Savoir-être
    : rigueur, bonnes compétences en communication, sens du travail d'équipe, adaptabilité interculturelle.
  • Langues
    : anglais courant.
