Are you ready to turn your tech expertise into meaningful impact?

We're launching an exclusive 60-day Master Mentor Program and are looking for 4 experienced, purpose-driven mentors to support a new generation of learners through personalized guidance, hands-on reviews, and inspiring virtual sessions.

What's the Mission?

This program is designed to help learners grow from basic coding skills to advanced problem-solving — and we need mentors to walk that path with them.

As a Master Mentor, you will guide young talents through code reviews, support their project development, and lead engaging online sessions (between 2–4 hours per week).

What You'll Do

  • Review student-submitted code and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback
  • Lead virtual sessions (AMA, code walkthroughs, mini-workshops) to strengthen skills
  • Coach small learning groups, boost motivation, and help unlock their potential
  • Help students improve logic, debug more confidently, and ship better code

Who We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, or AI

Proficiency in modern tech stacks (JavaScript, Python, React, , etc.)

Passion for mentorship, learning, and community

Ability to commit 2–4 hours/week over 60 days

Eagerness to empower learners through code and conversation
